How do I claim one of these offer prices?

Accepted Answer

Pick the offer you want and book in the usual way, the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. If you'd rather book by phone, ring 0191 380 0402 and tell us which offer you're after, or drop us a line at info@newcastlenumiscan.co.uk. You'll need a 40% deposit to secure the slot.

Can I stack a special offer with another voucher or discount?

Accepted Answer

Generally no, offers can't be combined with gift vouchers or other discount codes unless we've said so explicitly. We'll always apply the lowest price you're entitled to on a given booking, so there's no risk of paying more than you should.

Question 4

Do these offers apply at weekends and on bank holidays?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Gosforth clinic runs seven days a week, 9am to 6pm, including bank holidays, and the offer pricing applies right across that schedule. Watch Me Grow is the one exception: it's a fixed-price bundle that doesn't fluctuate, so the £166 stays the same whatever day you book.

What about twin or multiple pregnancies, do offers still apply?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We routinely scan twins and higher-order multiples on every offer scan. A 25% surcharge applies once a multiple pregnancy has been confirmed (typically at or after the NHS 12-week dating scan, or once identified on one of our private scans), to cover the additional scan time and dual reporting required.

Question 6

What's your cancellation policy if I need to move my appointment?

Accepted Answer

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule, in which case your deposit transfers to the new appointment. Less than 24 hours and the deposit is forfeited, simply because we won't have time to fill the slot. The full what to expect on the day page covers everything else.
