Two things, and they work differently. The Watch Me Grow four-scan package is £199, worth £300 booked individually, so you save £101, and it is bought between 6 and 9 weeks. Our Buy 3 Scans, Get 1 Free reward card is earned rather than bought: book any three scan packages with us and the fourth is complimentary, redeemable within 6 months of your first booking. The two cannot be combined, because Watch Me Grow already includes a free well-being scan, and only one free scan applies per pregnancy. Generally no, offers can't be combined with gift vouchers or other discount codes unless we've said so explicitly. We'll always apply the lowest price you're entitled to on a given booking, so there's no risk of paying more than you should.
Yes. Offer pricing applies right across our opening hours, including Sunday mornings and bank holidays. Worth knowing before you plan: we're open Monday to Friday and Sunday, and closed on Saturdays. Tuesday and Thursday are evening-only (4:30pm to 7:30pm), while Monday, Wednesday and Friday run a morning and an evening session. The location page lists the full timetable. Watch Me Grow is the one exception to offer pricing: it's a fixed-price package that doesn't fluctuate, so the £199 stays the same whatever day you book.
Absolutely. We routinely scan twins and higher-order multiples on every offer scan. A 25% surcharge applies once a multiple pregnancy has been confirmed (typically at or after the NHS 12-week dating scan, or once identified on one of our private scans), to cover the additional scan time and dual reporting required.
The 24-hour notice period is about rescheduling. Give us at least 24 hours' notice and your deposit transfers to the new appointment. With less than 24 hours we may treat it as a late cancellation and ask for a new deposit, simply because we won't have time to fill the slot. If you choose to cancel rather than move the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights. The full what to expect on the day page covers everything else.
